CLEVELAND HEIGHTS , OH – Superintendent Deborah S. Delisle will deliver the annual State of the Schools Address on Thursday, February 1, at 7 p.m. at Cleveland Heights High School. For the first time since the State Achievement scores began being compiled by the Ohio Department of Education, the District is ranked “Effective,” the second highest State ranking. The District has improved by one ranking each year the past two years. Superintendent Delisle will highlight the previous year’s successes and the process and progress leading to improved student achievement.
