Welcome to the Transition ProgramAt Cleveland Heights High School, the teachers and staff are committed to helping every student reach his or her full potential. We recognize that some incoming ninth graders need a year of focused academic and social support before joining their Small School as tenth graders. For these students, the Transition Program is the right choice. The Transition Program has a separate space on the third floor of the high school, with a dedicated and energetic team of educators. The goal of the Transition Program is to present a meaningful academic experience and develop the social and study skills needed for a successful high school career.
